Caramel Pudding
Ingredients
For caramel
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 ml Water
For Pudding
- 1 l Fresh Milk
- 100 g Sugar
- 8 Eggs
- ¼ tbsp Vanilla
- ⅛ tbsp yellow food coloring
- Salt
Instructions
Make Caramel
- Place a pot on the stove,
- Add 100 g of sugar and a little water.
- When it becomes caramel, add the remaining water.
- Once this is well thickened, Put the pudding in a bowl and spread it on the bottom.
For Pudding
- Put the eggs in a bowl and beat.
- Add milk and sugar to it.
- Add vanilla, salt, yellow food coloring, mix well, and strain it.
- Put it in the prepared jar to put the pudding.
- Bake at Celsius 150 – 160 for 30-40 minutes.
