Ingredients
  

For caramel

  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 ml Water

For Pudding

  • 1 l Fresh Milk
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 8 Eggs
  • ¼ tbsp Vanilla
  • tbsp yellow food coloring
  • Salt

Instructions
 

Make Caramel

  • Place a pot on the stove,
  • Add 100 g of sugar and a little water.
  • When it becomes caramel, add the remaining water.
  • Once this is well thickened, Put the pudding in a bowl and spread it on the bottom.

For Pudding

  • Put the eggs in a bowl and beat.
  • Add milk and sugar to it.
  • Add vanilla, salt, yellow food coloring, mix well, and strain it.
  • Put it in the prepared jar to put the pudding.
  • Bake at Celsius 150 - 160 for 30-40 minutes.
