Chocolate Mousse Recipe

- 500 g Whipping cream
- 250 g Cooking chocolate
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Icing sugar
Put some whipped cream in a bowl and heat on the stove. Add the chocolate as soon as the little bubbles appear around it and whisk well with a hand whisk until the chocolate melts.
Add vanilla, remove from the heat, and place the chocolate in a bowl of water to cool.
Fill a small bowl slightly smaller than the chocolate bowl, fill with ice cubes and ice water and place the chocolate bowl on top. (The bottom of the chocolate bowl should be dipped in ice)
Beat this mixture well with a beater. As soon as the beater rises, it beats enough to form a small mound on top of the mixture. Keep in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
