Delicious chocolate mousse recipe that prepares in 15 minutes
People do not hesitate to entertain guests who come to their homes. But an ice cream brought from the shop after a meal does not pay much attention to dessert other than something like a banana.
The main reason for this is that when time goes to work in the kitchen, there is not enough time to spend on dessert again. This brings a solution to that problem. Our housewives like to spend ten to fifteen minutes making a delicious dessert like this and serving it to guests. It only takes a maximum of 15 minutes to prepare this chocolate mousse recipe. After that, it will take time to put them in the fridge only if they need to be refrigerated.
Chocolate Mousse Recipe
- 500 g Whipping cream
- 250 g Cooking chocolate
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Icing sugar
- Put some whipped cream in a bowl and heat on the stove. Add the chocolate as soon as the little bubbles appear around it and whisk well with a hand whisk until the chocolate melts.
- Add vanilla, remove from the heat, and place the chocolate in a bowl of water to cool.
- Fill a small bowl slightly smaller than the chocolate bowl, fill with ice cubes and ice water and place the chocolate bowl on top. (The bottom of the chocolate bowl should be dipped in ice)
- Beat this mixture well with a beater. As soon as the beater rises, it beats enough to form a small mound on top of the mixture. Keep in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
