Ingredients
  

Preparation of fish

  • 500 g Thornless fish
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
  • Lime Juice As needed
  • Salt As needed
  • Pepper As needed

To the flour mixture

  • 120 g Flour
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • Oregano As needed
  • Salt As needed
  • Pepper As needed

To coat

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Biscuit powder

Instructions
 

Preparation of fish

  • Cut the fish into long strips.
  • Add chili powder, salt, pepper, coriander powder, ginger and garlic paste, and a pinch of lime juice and marinate for an hour.

To the flour mixture

  • Add all the required ingredients to the flour mixture and mix.

To coat

  • Now dip the marinated fish in the flour, add the egg yolks and the biscuit powder.

Frying

  • Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
