Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Egg
  • 150 ml Coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg Powder
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • tsp Baking Powder
  • Coconut Oil

Instructions
 

  • Blend until the oats are powdered.
  • Add the beaten egg to the crushed oats and mix well.
  • Add 6 tablespoons of coconut milk.
  • Add baking powder, vanilla, salt, sugar, and nutmeg and mix well.
  • Add the remaining coconut milk, mix and leave for about 10 minutes.
  • Make it like a normal pancake.
