Peel a potato, grate it and wash.
Cut the tubers into pieces 1 cm in diameter and 5 cm in length.
Wash the cut potatoes with water and place them on a cloth to remove moisture.
Fry the dehydrated potatoes in deep oil for 1-2 minutes.
