- 200 g Beef cut into pieces
- 100 g Chopped onion leaves
- 1 Chopped Onion Big Onion
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 Chopped Garlic
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Flour
- ½ l Beef Stock
- 2 Carrots Cut into pieces
- 1 Potato Cut into pieces
- 2 Bay leaf
- Olive oil
Put a little olive oil in the pan and fry the beef.
Once the beef is well steamed in the oil, remove it from the heat.
Put the chopped onion and onion leaves in the same pan.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Add beef, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and flour and mix well.
Add some beef stock to this. Add the bay leaves. Add chopped carrots and potatoes and cook on low heat for about an hour.
