Ingredients
  

  • cup very ripe bananas 2 to 3 medium size
  • cup Melted butter
  • ½ tbsp Baking soda
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • cup flour
  • Salt pinch

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and butter an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
  • Add the crushed bananas to the mixing bowl and add the melted butter.
  • Add baking soda, salt, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla to the mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Finally, mix the flour.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
  • At 350°F (175°C), bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick or wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes in the pan. Cut and serve.
