Potato Soup

You'll be surprised at the taste of this rich and cheesy easy potato soup.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups Potatoes cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 2 cups Milk
  • Chopped onion leaves
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan and when it melts add the chopped garlic.
  • Now add some chopped potatoes to this.
  • Add about 2 more tablespoons of butter.
  • Now add 1 cup of water, cover, and bring to a boil.
  • Make sure it boils well in about 10 minutes. When it boils well, take it and blend it.
  • Add some milk and blend well.
  • Now put this in the pan and add some more milk and stir well over low heat.
  • Add about 2 tablespoons of butter to this.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add all the milk and stir.
  • Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
