Instructions
Put a pot on the stove and add some olive oil.
Add chopped onion, garlic, and leeks.
Add a little thyme and mix well.
Add some potatoes. Add the chicken stock and let it boil.
Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.
Then add some cream. When the potatoes are well cooked, add them to the oven and blend.
