Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Chopped Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • Chopped leeks
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Cream
  • ½ cup Potatoes Cut into small pieces
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put a pot on the stove and add some olive oil.
  • Add chopped onion, garlic, and leeks.
  • Add a little thyme and mix well.
  • Add some potatoes. Add the chicken stock and let it boil.
  • Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.
  • Then add some cream. When the potatoes are well cooked, add them to the oven and blend.
  • Serve and enjoy
