Ginger Garlic Prawns Recipe
Another delicious meal made from prawns
- 200 g Prawns Cleaned and washed
- ½ cup Onion leaves chopped
- 1 tsp Crushed Ginger
- 2 tsp Crushed Garlic
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
Moisten the prawns with a kitchen towel and stir in the cornflour.
Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Heat a little oil in a pan, add the prawns and fry well. Remove from the pan.
Now add onion leaves, ginger, and garlic to the same pan and bring to a boil. Add the sauce mixture to this.
Finally, add some prawns and stir.
