Ingredients
  

For Lasagna

  • Lasagna Sheets
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • ¼ cup Garlic chopped
  • 500 g Chicken Remove the thorns and cut them into small pieces
  • ¼ cup Tomato paste
  • ½ cup Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • ½ cup Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • Mozzarella cheese Grated
  • Cheddar cheese Grated
  • Salt

To the white sauce

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 500 ml Fresh Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

White Sauce

  • Make the white sauce, put the butter in a pan, and when it melts add the flour and knead. Add a little milk. Get acquainted until three o'clock.
  • Add salt and pepper. Continue to snuggle without letting go of the heel.
  • When the thickening increases, remove it from the oven.

To Lasagna

  • Put some oil in a pan and fry some onions. Now add some garlic to this.
  • When the onions are well wilted, add the chicken. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked, add the tomato paste, ketchup, chili, pepper, and salt.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and oregano. Add about two tablespoons of water and cook for about 15 minutes.
  • Boil according to the instructions on the lasagna sheets packet.
  • Brush the oil into a baking tray. Now add some white sauce and spread it all around. Next, apply a layer of lasagna sheets. Next, add a layer of the prepared chicken mixture. Top with grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  • Add a layer of Vice Sauce again and add the lasagna sheets and the chicken mixture.
  • Add a few layers like that, top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and bake at 180 C for 25 minutes.
