Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Fish
  • 5 tbsp Onion
  • 1 tbsp Green Chili
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 3 tbsp Roasted Curry Powder
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Goraka (Garcinia cambogia )
  • Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp Aba (Mustard Seed)
  • Rampe leaves (Pandanusamaryllifolius )
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • Water

Instructions
 

  • Clean fish, Chili Powder 2teaspoon, Roasted Curry Powder 2 teaspoon, Salt, Goraka (Garcinia cambogia )1/4 teaspoon. chop Ginger & Garlic add to bowl and mix it well to keep 30minutes to season.
  • Chili Powder 2 teaspoon, Roasted Curry Powder 2 teaspoon, Curry Powder 1 1/2 teaspoon, Pepper Powder 11/2 roasted until brown color 3-4 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. add 1/4 Aba (Mustard Seed), Cinnamon, Ginger garlic paste, Onion, Green Chili, and mix it well. add Curry Leaves and Rampe leaves(Pandanus amaryllifolius ), add Roasted spice mixture. add season fish into the pan add water to mix it well. keep 15 minutes. add salt to taste.
