Ingredients
  

  • 6-7 Passion fruit
  • 400 g Sugar
  • 3 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Wash the passion fruit and squeeze out the juice well.
    6-7 Passion fruit
  • Put the peels in a pot and boil 2 cups of water.
  • Boil well for 30 minutes.
  • Now, apart from the peel, scoop out the white part with a spoon.
  • Now blend this well
  • Add the crushed passion fruit juice to this, mix it and put it in a pot, and keep it on the stove.
  • Add some sugar to this.
    400 g Sugar
  • Cook on low heat.
  • Add lime juice.
    3 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Spoon until it thickens little by little and spoon the mixture until it becomes like a lump, then take it off the stove and bottle it.

Notes

Nots 
During testing, remove the jam from the heat. You want the jam on the plate to wrinkle rather than pour back in to cover the gap when you poke your finger through it. If not, re-heat the pan, simmer for five minutes, and conduct the test once more.
