Equipment

  • 1 Kokis mold

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Raw rice flour
  • 2 cups Thick coconut milk
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Add the egg to the thick coconut milk and mix well.
    1 Egg, 2 cups Thick coconut milk
  • After the egg is well mixed, add salt. Add another egg to this mixture if you like.

  • Add turmeric powder to the mixture and mix.
    ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Add raw rice flour little by little to the coconut milk mixture. Mix well.
    500 g Raw rice flour
  • Place a pan on the stove, add oil and let it heat. Place the Kokis mold in the hot oil for about 5 minutes

  • Put the Kokis mold into the prepared mixture and add the heated oil. When putting the Kokis mold into the prepared mixture, put 3/4 of the mixture into the mold in such a way that it covers the Kokis mold.
  • When the Kokis are fried, when the Kokis start to come out of the Kokis mold, take a stick of oil and remove it from the mold.
  • When the Kokis are golden brown, remove them from the pan. Fry all the cookies like this.
