Soft Butter Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Sugar Grind or use Caster Sugar
  • 250 g Flour
  • 250 g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 C. Take a baking tray and spread the melted butter on it. Take a baking tray and put oil paper. Spread melted butter over it.
  • Mix flour and baking powder and sift well.
    250 g Flour, 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Add butter and sugar to the large mixing bowl and combine roughly with a spatula. Now beat with a hand mixer at low speed for about a minute. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl from time to time. Now increase the speed to high and beat for 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves. the mixture should look fluffy now.
    250 g Sugar, 250 g Butter
  • Now add one egg at a time and beat minute by minute for about 4 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl from time to time. After about 4 minutes, the eggs should be well combined into the batter. Add vanilla essence and beat for another minute.
    4 Eggs, 2 tsp Vanilla
  • Add the previously prepared flour mixture to the batter little by little and mix gently with the spatula. Finally, add milk and mix well.
    2 tbsp Milk
  • Add the batter to the prepared baking tray. Bake in the middle of the oven at 325 to 450 degrees F for 40 minutes.
  • Now remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
