  • 400 g Raw turmeric pieces

Instructions

  • Cut off the root parts of the turmeric potatoes and wash them well until the soil is removed and separate the mother potatoes and the finger potatoes. Finger yams should be boiled for 30 minutes and mother yams for 45 minutes using water.
  • Can be air dried for a few days. Then it should be dried continuously in the sun. The complete drying process takes about 10 days.
  • Grind the dried turmeric well in a blender. Sift the ground turmeric powder through a sieve to remove small pieces. Put the turmeric powder thus prepared in a sterilized bottle and seal it in an air-tight manner.
