- 500 g Blended ripe apples
- 350 g Sugar
- 350 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Small cinnamon sticks
Mix sugar, water and apples in a pan and cook continuously on low heat for about 30 minutes as it may curdle.
Add lime juice to it.
Add cinnamon.
Whisk for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Pour into a sterilized bottle and refrigerate.
