Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsp Flour
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter for frying

Instructions
 

  • Add everything except the butter needed for frying and mix well.
  • The mixture should be in the form of a flattening that can be taken by hand and flattened. If there is too much liquid, add flour.
  • Heat the butter in a nonstick pan, flatten small portions of the mixture by hand, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
