- 1½ cup very ripe bananas 2 to 3 medium size
- ⅓ cup Melted butter
- ½ tbsp Baking soda
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 1½ cup flour
- Salt pinch
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and butter an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
Add the crushed bananas to the mixing bowl and add the melted butter.
Add baking soda, salt, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla to the mixing bowl and mix well.
Finally, mix the flour.
Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
At 350°F (175°C), bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick or wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes in the pan. Cut and serve.
