- 2 cups Chopped carrots
- 1 tbsp Chopped ginger
- ΒΌ cup Chopped onions
- 2 cups Water
- Herbs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Put some oil in a pan and add some ginger.
Add some onions to it. When it dries well, add some carrots.
Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Add salt to taste.
When the carrots are well boiled, separate the water and blend the carrots.
Put this in a pan, add some water, and put it on the stove.
Add herbs, salt, and pepper.
Once cooked, remove from the heat.
