Ingredients
  

  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Water
  • Sugar or Honey

Instructions
 

  • Fill a pot with 1 cups water, drop in 1 cinnamon stick, and place on the stove. 
  • Cover, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Pour into glasses with cinnamon sticks.
  • Serve with sugar or honey 
  • Enjoy!
