  • 200 g Shrimp
  • 2 no Avocado
  • 2 no Chopped Tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • Chopped basil leaves
  • Sweet corn
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocado into small pieces.
  • Put olive oil in a pan and fry the prawns on both sides.
  • Fry prawns well and cut them into small pieces.
  • In a separate bowl, add greek yogurt, chopped avocado, chopped tomatoes, corn, and salt and pepper to taste. Add some prawns and mix well.
