Instructions
Put a pot of water on the stove and bring the noodles to a boil. Turn off the water and sprinkle some oil on top.
Add a little oil to the pan add the chopped garlic, onion, and green chilies, and saut until the onions are wilted.
Then add all the vegetables and add the vinegar and sauce.
Now mix well and add salt and pepper to taste. Now add the boiled noodles and stir.
