Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Noodles
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • ¼ cup Onion
  • 2 tsp Chopped Green Chili
  • ¼ cup Carrot
  • cup Green bell pepper
  • cup Yellow bell pepper
  • cup Red bell pepper
  • ½ cup Cabbage
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Red chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Green chili sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put a pot of water on the stove and bring the noodles to a boil. Turn off the water and sprinkle some oil on top.
  • Add a little oil to the pan add the chopped garlic, onion, and green chilies, and saut until the onions are wilted.
  • Then add all the vegetables and add the vinegar and sauce.
  • Now mix well and add salt and pepper to taste. Now add the boiled noodles and stir.
