Instructions
Put a pan on the stove, add a little oil and add the chopped onion
Add all the chopped bell pepper and stir. Add the minced chicken and cook for about 3 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add some chili powder.
Then add some chopped garlic and bring to a boil. Once the chicken is well cooked, remove it from the heat.
To Salsa
To make the salsa, place the chopped onions, tomatoes, peppers, and parsley in a separate bowl.
Add salt and lime juice. Add pepper and mix well.
To Guacamole
Cut the avocado into squares per bowl.
Add fresh cream and salt to taste. Put the juice in a lime jar and mash well.
Make Tacos
Take the taco shells, add some cabbage and put some chicken on top
Then add a spoonful of the salsa mix and a little guacamole.
