Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Cooked rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 500 g Prawns
  • 500 g Chicken or pork
  • 100 g Red onion
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • ½ cup Cabbage
  • ½ cup Leeks
  • 2 tbsp Marmite
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili Powder
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice first.
  • Add a little salt to the eggs and beat well to make an omelet and cut into strips.
  • Mix the onion and marmite shrimp.
  • Add 1 cup of water to the meat and bring to a boil.
  • Finely chop the vegetables.
  • Heat a little oil, add ginger, garlic and fry till golden. Add prawns and meat and fry for a while. Then mix the rice.
  • Finally, add salt and pepper and mix in the coriander leaves and omelet strips.
