Homemade Pizza Dough

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Warm Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Put some hot water in a bowl. Add sugar to it. Add some yeast. Stir well and leave for 5 minutes until the yeast is activated.
  • Add some flour to this. Add olive oil and salt. Stir well now. Soft, make a non-stick dough.
  • Put this on a floured board and push it with your hand to the opposite side. Wait 15-20 minutes until the dough is completely soft.
  • Now spread some flour around it, cover it with a lunch sheet, and leave it to rise for 2 hours.
  • In 2 hours you will need the dough again and let it air out for two rounds .Break down and need as before.
  • Now place this on a floured plate and thin it into a circle to thicken the pizza.
  • Before adding the topping and sauce, pierce the hole with a fork and make a hole.
