Chinese Beef Stew
- 200 g Beef cut into pieces
- 100 g Chopped onion leaves
- 1 Chopped Onion Big Onion
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 Chopped Garlic
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Flour
- ½ l Beef Stock
- 2 Carrots Cut into pieces
- 1 Potato Cut into pieces
- 2 Bay leaf
- Olive oil
- Put a little olive oil in the pan and fry the beef.
- Once the beef is well steamed in the oil, remove it from the heat.
- Put the chopped onion and onion leaves in the same pan.
