Make Healthy Oatmeal Pancake Recipe easily and deliciously.
Generally, oatmeal pancakes are healthier than regular pancakes
Overnight Oats Recipe
- 1 Cup Oats
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 150 ml Coconut milk
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg Powder
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ⅛ tsp Baking Powder
- Coconut Oil
- Blend until the oats are powdered.
- Add the beaten egg to the crushed oats and mix well.
- Add 6 tablespoons of coconut milk.
- Add baking powder, vanilla, salt, sugar, and nutmeg and mix well.
- Add the remaining coconut milk, mix and leave for about 10 minutes.
- Make it like a normal pancake.
