Ingredients
  

  • 3 no Eggs
  • ¼ cup Sliced sausages
  • 2 Chopped onions
  • 1 Chopped raw chilies
  • 2 Chopped carrots
  • 2 Mozzarella cheese cut into small squares if desired
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put the eggs in a bowl and beat well with a fork.
  • Add all the other ingredients and mix well
  • Place the buttered muffins in a tray and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
