- 1 Carrot Finely chopped
- Grated Coconut
- Onion Finely chopped
- Green Chili Finely chopped
- Maldive Fish umbalakada
- Lemon Juice
- Take a jar and add finely chopped carrots, onion, green chili, grated coconut, maldive fish. mix well
- add lemon juice and salt to taste, mix well and serve.
