Let’s make Fresh and Healthy Spinach Soup.
Spinach Soup is a portion of delicious and healthy food. In winter, it is very good to drink hot soup before eating.
- A little spinach leaves
- A bit of chopped onion
- 1 cup Fresh Milk
- 1 cup Vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Boiled and mashed potatoes
- Add spinach to hot water and bring to a boil.
- Add some stock and potatoes to the spinach leaves and blend until creamy.
- Put some butter in a pan and heat some onions.
- Add some blended spinach.
- Now add the milk and salt and pepper to taste.
