Ingredients
  

  • A little spinach leaves
  • A bit of chopped onion
  • 1 cup Fresh Milk
  • 1 cup Vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Boiled and mashed potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add spinach to hot water and bring to a boil.
  • Add some stock and potatoes to the spinach leaves and blend until creamy.
  • Put some butter in a pan and heat some onions.
  • Add some blended spinach.
  • Now add the milk and salt and pepper to taste.
