  • 200 g Prawns Cleaned and washed
  • ½ cup Onion leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Crushed Ginger
  • 2 tsp Crushed Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce


  • Moisten the prawns with a kitchen towel and stir in the cornflour.
  • Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  • Heat a little oil in a pan, add the prawns and fry well. Remove from the pan.
  • Now add onion leaves, ginger, and garlic to the same pan and bring to a boil. Add the sauce mixture to this.
  • Finally, add some prawns and stir.
