  • Blender


  • 2 Avocado Medium Size
  • 400 ml Fresh Milk
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tbsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt


  • Take 100g of Florida-grown avocado. Add to the blender. Add Fresh Milk 400ml. You can add more or less milk. It is up to you. After adding the milk, add sugar for taste. I use 3-4 tablespoons, but you have to add the amount according to your taste. Add a Cardamom Powder 1/4 Tea Spoon(optional). Blend and serve avocado milkshake.
