Although you may not be trying or need to lose weight, the Avocado milkshake will help you dramatically if it’s your goal. It is a great stabilizer for blood sugar
Delicious Avocado Milkshake
- 2 Avocado Medium Size
- 400 ml Fresh Milk
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tbsp Cardamom Powder
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- Take 100g of Florida-grown avocado. Add to the blender. Add Fresh Milk 400ml. You can add more or less milk. It is up to you. After adding the milk, add sugar for taste. I use 3-4 tablespoons, but you have to add the amount according to your taste. Add a Cardamom Powder 1/4 Tea Spoon(optional). Blend and serve avocado milkshake.
