Ingredients

  • ½ cup Chopped Onion
  • ¼ cup Chopped Red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup Chopped Yellow bell pepper
  • ¼ cup Chopped Green bell pepper
  • 1 cup Minced chicken
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 12 Taco Shells
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

To Salsa

  • ¼ cup Chopped Onion
  • ¼ cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Green Chili
  • Chopped Parsley
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

To Guacamole

  • 1 cup Avocado
  • ¾ cup Fresh Cream
  • Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Cabbage

Instructions

  • Put a pan on the stove, add a little oil and add the chopped onion
  • Add all the chopped bell pepper and stir. Add the minced chicken and cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add some chili powder.
  • Then add some chopped garlic and bring to a boil. Once the chicken is well cooked, remove it from the heat.

To Salsa

  • To make the salsa, place the chopped onions, tomatoes, peppers, and parsley in a separate bowl.
  • Add salt and lime juice. Add pepper and mix well.

To Guacamole

  • Cut the avocado into squares per bowl.
  • Add fresh cream and salt to taste. Put the juice in a lime jar and mash well.

Make Tacos

  • Take the taco shells, add some cabbage and put some chicken on top
  • Then add a spoonful of the salsa mix and a little guacamole.
