Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Blended ripe apples
  • 350 g Sugar
  • 350 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Small cinnamon sticks

Instructions
 

  • Mix sugar, water and apples in a pan and cook continuously on low heat for about 30 minutes as it may curdle.
  • Add lime juice to it.
  • Add cinnamon.
  • Whisk for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  • Pour into a sterilized bottle and refrigerate.
